I loved the quality of the products. I was a part of the design process and had communicated what I required to the team, so I was aware of the designing aspect of the project

One thing I loved about them was that whenever I had an issue with the product, such as the alignment of the kitchen shelves, they were just a call away. I would let them know about the alterations and they would complete them within 48 hours.

My overall experience with the design and the operations teams was good. The operations team was alert and well-behaved and followed all the necessary Covid-19 precautions and protocols.

Overall, it was a good experience with decormyplace. While searching for a vendor to do my home interiors on YouTube, I came across the commendable work that decormyplace had done. I got in touch with them for my modular kitchen interiors, wardrobes and a television cabinet. They finished all the work and nothing was pending.

Since it was decormyplace it was very well done, which is the best part of decormyplace. Whenever we encountered a problem, they were ready to help and made sure everything was sorted smoothly. All coordination with the design team and other things were done very well.

The operations team was very good. The very important thing about the operations was that they were extremely co-operative. Generally, the one thing in this industry is the problems with the laborers and coordination.

We came to know of these guidelines only during the operations phase of the kitchen and shuffled the design to adjust it. Otherwise, the designs given to us and the discussions were good.

It would have been nice to have known the on-ground realities during the design phase as we had to redo the design later as some pipelines were coming in the way.

The design team was good. Since the design team is huge, we were mostly interacting with the junior designer and did not get to talk much to the design lead
