    Would not recommend using them. I sent my coat for dry cleaning and I doubt it was cleaned at all as the dirt stain that was on it had not even faded in the slightest. The staff was rude and unhelpful.

    Extremely poor service and they completely destroyed my dress!! I paid £150 for the dress, and £40 for the alterations. They were given 3 chances to rectify the damages caused by incompetent seamstresses (2x as they both left/got fired) after several emails I had to write to the escalations team via Royal Mail (yet more cost and inconvenience) the final compensation offered was £100!! Given that I'd provided the receipt for my dress and paid £40 for alterations, I was appalled at the compensation offered but it was made clear this was their final offer. Extremely annoyed and will never use this dry cleaners again.
