Slipper bed was delivered as indicated on the website in 6 weeks (May 2020 - covid times). It was relatively easy to assemble, but needed large drill bits and powerful drill to drill holes for the screws. It would be easier if holes were pre-drilled. All in all happy with the purchase. Looks good.

I bought a Yardmaster metal shed from this company which was not fit for purpose. I then waited for the best part of seven weeks for a refund. In the interim I spent hours writing emails and experienced a great deal of anxiety trying to extract it from them. At one point they were trying to charge me £60 for a so-called failed collection which was entirely their fault as they sent one person to pick up the shed when we repeatedly told them they needed two.Finally they agreed I was entitled to a full refund but despite assuring me that it was being processed they did not fulfil their promise for another ten days. I had to threaten them with a claim in the small claims court which is eventually what prompted them to do what they had delayed for many weeks. In other words, it finally resulted in my refund. I would not advise anyone to buy from them.

We purchased a metal gazebo, a masonry barbecue, and a chiminea from the company, some time ago, and can honestly say we were very pleased with all items and the service we received. However it is their after purchase service they have provided recently that we find outstanding. Considering the help we needed related to the gazebo we purchased in 2019 they have provided us with the parts required in a couple of weeks in a most efficient manner, and they have certainly ensured that any items we purchase in the future for our garden will be through them.
