Hotel at a Baroque XVIII Century House

The building dates back to the 18th Century and has not undergone any significant alterations. It is a large palatial construction between party walls, with a rectangular floor plan, ashlar masonry, rough ashlar or rubble masonry load walls, timber floors, and a roof made of Arabic tiles on a timber structure.

It is a hotel with only eight rooms, with luxury amenities.

A comprehensive restoration was undertaken, respecting the typology and recovering its most important features where possible: staircase and dome, joinery with iron fittings, interior coatings including brush strokes and inscriptions, cast iron railings, ashlar masonry, floors and the roof structure.
