A 4 story house set on a very steep slope, facing south looking over the city and the sea. Accessed from the rear, a bridge leads into level 3. Built with a butterfly roof to collect rainwater which is recycled, the roof extends over 2 metres to the south to limit solar gain. Balconies extend living space on the 3 upper levels.
The south elevation is clad with european larch, the north elevation in fibre cement
